From the place of death to further care

After the medical confirmation of death, the deceased is collected with dignity — from home, hospital, care home or another facility. Hygienic care follows in suitable premises.

02

Transfer to the place of funeral

From there, the deceased is transferred to the chosen cemetery, crematorium or funeral hall. We coordinate timings and handover with everyone involved.

03

Coordination with authorities

Registry office, cemetery administration and — for a cremation — the crematorium are integrated into the process. We take care of the necessary formalities.

04

Required documents

Common are the medical death certificate, the official death certificate and, where required, a transport permit. We check what is needed in your region.

05

Regional differences

Rules on the transport of deceased persons are set by state law and may differ between federal states. We know the requirements and apply them reliably.

06

Dignified handling

Throughout the process, respectful treatment of the deceased and their family is at the centre. Clear communication is part of it.
